Ted Prettyman, Director, is best known for his knowledge of Congress and health policy. Ted previously served on the staff of Senator Tom Carper, supporting the Senator’s work on the Senate Finance Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Ted holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from American University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Delaware.
